Our Group’s Journey

Founded in 1995 with a rice mill in Muridke, Punjab, the Group entered the oil industry in 2000 with its first fuel station and distribution network.

By 2007, it launched a logistics company. Vital Petroleum Private Limited was later established to provide comprehensive fuel services.

With over 25 years of experience, the Group now leads in rice processing, fuel retail, and oil logistics.

Vital Timeline

2000 – Launch of First Fuel Pump

Entered the oil industry with the first fuel station.

2007 – Established Logistics Company

Started a logistics arm to support distribution.

2016 – Formed Oil Marketing Company (OMC)

Launched Vital Petroleum as an OMC.

2018 – Started Punjab Storage Depot Construction

Initiated the build of the first storage facility.

2020 – OGRA Approval for Punjab Marketing

Received regulatory approval for marketing in Punjab.

2021 – Began Commercial Activities

Commenced full-scale commercial operations.

2023 – Began Sindh Storage Depot Construction

Started building the second storage facility in Sindh.

2024 – OGRA Approval for Sindh Marketing

Approved to start marketing activities in Sindh.
