From download through day-to-day management.
- Download — Install the Vital Fuel app on Android from Google Play.
- Sign up or log in — Complete registration or sign in with your credentials.
- Add your card — Enter card details in the secure card section.
- Activate — Use card management when you are ready to fuel.
- Check balance & purchases — View remaining value and history anytime.

- Deactivate when needed — Pause the card from the app for extra control.

Account deletion — Vital Fuel app
To delete your account and associated data from the Vital Fuel app, follow these steps.
- Email info@vitalpetroleum.com.pk.
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered mobile number.
- We process requests within 3–5 working days.
Data deletion details
- Your account will be permanently deleted.
- Transaction history may be retained for legal and compliance purposes.
- Some data may be retained where required by law.
